Here it is! The last (but definitely not least) fun and functional beverage in our series of collaborations with Sparkling Botanicals. This Calming Cooler is what I turn to in moments of stress. It’s simple, refreshing, and is basically the liquid equivalent of a deep exhale. Grapefruit Quince Sparkling Botanicals balances hibiscus, yuzu, and quince, as well as grapefruit. Each of these ingredients has a different function; quince is often used in traditional Korean teas to facilitate easy breathing. Hibiscus is cooling and supports cardiovascular health. And, of course, they just taste good. It’s light, effervescent, and the perfect combination of sweet-and-sour.
When mixed with our Shiso and Citrus Shrub, this drink seriously pops. It has a beautiful, vibrant color — think the most decadent 80s party! — and it is full of floral and herbaceous flavor.
