We infuse the vinegar with whole fruits - and not just any fruits. We partner with organic farms in Maui and the Cascade foothills to support sustainable agriculture, as well as source the freshest, juiciest ingredients the land can grow.

And yes, in case you were wondering, Shrub Farm shrub is GMO-free, gluten free, vegetarian, raw (with the Mother of Vinegar), self-preserving, shelf-stable, and totally awesome. Transparency and sustainability are our core values, and we always source ingredients from farmers we know and love. We handcraft our shrub in micro batches in Bellingham, WA.
