Refund policy
We offer no-hassle, no cost returns on any product that doesn't meet your expectations. Please contact us within 30-day of your purchase to request a refund or replacement.
To complete your refund or replacement you’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase. You can reference your order number, which would have been e-mailed to you. To start a return, you can contact us at hello@applestatevinegar.com.
Damaged or Defective
If an item breaks in shipment, please immediately take a picture of the damaged product and the box and any other photos that you think would help us in figuring out how we could pack it better in the future. We will then send you a replacement as soon as possible.
Refunds/Replacements
When approved, a replacement item will be sent to you or you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, whichever you prefer. Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Address Verification
We are not responsible for incorrectly entered shipping addresses. After you put in your order, a confirmation page will show up with the shipping address that was entered. Please confirm that the address is correct. We will also send you an order confirmation email with the shipping address that was entered. Please double check the shipping address on the confirmation email. We are not responsible if an incorrect address was entered and the package is lost, miss delivered or shipped to the wrong address. If the address listed on the confirmation page or confirmation email is incorrect, please contact us within 6 hours to provide the correct address. It is your responsibility to double check your shipping address.
If a package is undeliverable by the mail carrier and is returned to us, we will contact you for free reshipment to the corrected address. If you need your item shipped right away, we can invoice you for the cost of the item and ship it for free. Once the original item is returned to us, your original method of payment will be refunded (excluding shipping fee). If the refund is applied to your credit card, your credit card company may take up to 10 business days to post the refund to your account.
