Dry January: 3 Mocktails That Need to Be on Your 2021 Menu

Happy New Year, everybody! We hope your holidays were filled with joy, love, good food and drink, and maybe an outdoor adventure or two - and that you've managed to make some new traditions that made this time extra meaningful.

Speaking of new traditions, we're starting off the year with Dry January. What exactly is Dry January? It's a chance to start a new year on a sober foot - basically, you commit to abstaining from alcohol for the whole month.

There are a number of reasons people choose to do this. For one, stopping drinking for a little while can be a major reset for your health. It can improve sleep, elevate your mood, and help your skin glow. Not only that, it can support your mental and emotional health. 

Some try it out of pure curiosity - what is life without drinking like?

Non-Alcoholic Mojito with Pure Apple Cider Vinegar
