10 mint leaves

1 Tbsp Apple State Vinegar

1 Tbsp Honey

1 tsp Lime juice

1/3 cup Raspberries (fresh or frozen)

Sparkling water

Extra mint and lime slice for garnish
Directions
In a sturdy 16 oz glass, add mint leaves and Apple State Vinegar. Muddle the mint gently until it becomes fragrant.
Add honey, lime juice and raspberry and muddle.
Fill glass almost to the top with ice and top with sparkling water. Stir gently. Garnish with mint and a lime slice.
