This easy dressing makes any salad brighter and better!
Don’t fall prey to a “sad desk lunch” of iceberg lettuce or a sandwich from the corner shop. This dressing transforms simple ingredients into a delicious, satisfying meal you can bring to work or enjoy at home.
Honey Mustard Vinaigrette
1 clove Minced garlic or 1 minced small shallot
1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
1 Tbsp Honey
1 Tbsp Fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup Apple State Vinegar
1/3 cup Olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients in a mason jar (8 oz) and shake until mixed.
Add to any salad - we like it on quinoa, corn, and black beans or a simple garden medley!
