Ultimate refreshment!
This Minty Cucumber Limeade is simple, nutritious, and literally the only thing we want to drink on a hot afternoon (or an afternoon dangling our legs off a boat, drifting through the sea… okay, let’s not get carried away!).
We’ve adapted this recipe from The First Mess, a Canadian vegan food blogger whose recipes are seriously magical. Thanks Laura!

This is bright and delightfully refreshing - the perfect thing to cool down with after spending all day playing in the mountains or spending the day in the sunshine.

1 ¾ cup Cucumber, don't need to peel
1.5 cup Water
15 Mint leaves
2 Tbsp Lime juice
5 Tbsp Pineapple & Sage shrub
Pinch of Himalayan salt
Thin sliced Cucumber for garnish
Extra mint for garnish
Directions
Blend all ingredients and strain with fine strainer.
