Dark and Shrubby
1.5 oz Dark Rum
1 oz Ginger & Apple Shrub
1/2 oz Fresh lime juice
Start with a Collins glass filled with ice.
Add 1.5 oz Dark Rum, 1 oz Ginger and Apple Shrub, 1/2 oz fresh lime juice.
Top with sparkling water and garnish with a lime wedge.
