Stress-Ease Shrub Iced Tea
This drink is a yoga class in glass - relaxing and refreshing and powered by herbs!
3/4 oz Hibiscus & Orange Shrub
1 Tbsp blend of rooibos, rose, and chamomile
Steep tea blend with 8 oz hot water.
Cool for ~25 minutes.
Fill a 12 oz glass halfway with ice.
Add chilled tea and your shrub of choice.
