A fresh, seasonal salad that gets a brightening boost from a prebiotic-rich shrub dressing. Yum!
Ingredients

2.5 oz Baby spinach

1 pint Strawberries

1/4 cup Candied pecans

1/4 cup Crumbled feta cheese

1 Tbsp Extra-virgin olive oil

1.5 tsp Soy sauce

1 Tbsp Shrub of your choice
For the salad
For the dressing
Directions
To make the dressing, mix oil, shrub, and soy sauce.
Shake in a covered jar or whisk to fully combine.
