When we want to whip up a healthy, satisfying weeknight meal, we turn to this stir fry sauce. With apple cider vinegar, it's full of digestive health benefits, and it also has all tons of aromatics and umami flavors going on!
Ingredients

Vegetables (don’t forget the garlic!) and protein of your choice

Vegetable oil (or any high-heat oil)

2 tsp toasted sesame oil

2 tbsp Apple State Vinegar

1 tbsp honey

1.5 tsp grated fresh ginger (use microplane / zester or finely mince)

2 tbsp miso

Pinch of cayenne pepper

1 tbsp water

1 tbsp soy sauce or tamari

Black pepper to taste
For the sauce
Directions
Combine all sauce ingredients and mix. Cook the vegetables and protein on medium-high heat in oil. Add the sauce at the very end. Stir and remove from heat. That’s it!
Serve with rice, pickled radishes or ginger, or whatever your heart desires.
