Ranch dressing is an American staple, featuring at picnics, baseball games, barbecues, and kids’ lunchboxes since 1776. And while it’s beloved, it’s not always the healthiest option. That’s where shrub comes in! This Shrub Ranch has the digestive health benefits of raw apple cider vinegar, plus a huge helping of flavor thanks to herbs. And the recipe is super flexible - don’t like dried parsley? Skip it in favor of some fresh green onions. You can really make this one your own. We like using it as a salad dressing over crisp Romaine lettuce or as a dip for carrots.
Apple State Vinegar
The perfect dipping sauce for carrots, crackers, and more!
2 tbsp. mayonnaise or veganaise
1 tbsp. Shrub (try Ginger & Apple!)
Dash of salt and pepper
Pinch of your favorite dried herbs (we like dill, parsley, and chives)
Pinch of garlic or onion powder
Mix all the ingredients well. Dip carrots and celery and enjoy the crunch!
