Pitta Pacifying Tea
Apple State Vinegar
According to Ayurveda, pitta-type people are full of fire and energy - sometimes too much! Made with nourishing herbs and a secret ingredient, this tea is cooling and balancing - and delicious, too!
1 teaspoon Mountain Rose Herbs Fennel Seed
1 teaspoon Mountain Rose Herbs Orange Peel
1 teaspoon Apple State Vinegar
1/2 teaspoon maple syrup
Add fennel seeds and orange peel to 8 oz boiling water.
Let steep for ten minutes.
Add vinegar and maple syrup.
