Hibiscus Pot de Creme
4 x 8 oz jars
Apple State Vinegar
This creamy, dreamy dessert gets a sweet and sour boost from Hibiscus and Orange Shrub.
1 can coconut milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
Pinch of salt
1/3 cup sugar
4 oz unsweetened chocolate chips or chopped bar
3 tablespoons Hibiscus and Orange Shrub
Melt/ heat together coconut milk, vanilla, salt, sugar, chocolate, and shrub.
Let cool, then whisk in 2 eggs.
Bake in a water bath for 35 minutes at 350°.
