The Cranberry Blues is a sweet-and-sour cocktail that infuses your happy hour with the prebiotics and antioxidants of our Blueberry and Lemon Shrub as well the health benefits (and delicious tang!) of cranberries. With the addition of some shrub-pickled cranberries, this drink is the perfect addition to your holiday table (or any celebration, for that matter!).
2 oz Vodka
1oz Blueberry & Lemon Shrub
1 oz 100% Cranberry juice
2 tsp Fresh lime juice
2 dashes Cardamom bitters
Fresh cranberries (sliced in half)

Shrub Pickled Cranberries
In your favorite pint glass add ice, vodka, Blueberry & Lemon Shrub, cranberry juice, fresh lime juice, bitters, and top with sparkling water.
Garnish with Blueberry & Lemon Shrub pickled cranberries.
For Pickled Cranberries
In a small jar add halved cranberries.
Add a small amount of shrub so berries are soaking and slightly covered.
Gently shake to coat the berries periodically.
Soak for 2 hours or up to two weeks.
