Ingredients

3 Tablespoon Apple State Vinegar

1/2 cup orange juice

1/4 cup olive oil

1/4 cup soy sauce

1 jalapeño, minced
-
1/3 cup lime juice
-
1 tsp dried oregano
-
4 cloves garlic, minced
-
3/4 tsp salt

1/4 tsp black pepper
-
1 tsp worcestershire sauce

1/2 tsp chili powder
-
3/4 cup cilantro, minced

2 lbs flank, skirt or flat iron steak

1 red pepper, sliced

1 large onion, sliced

Directions
Combine all marinade ingredients in a large pan or ziplock bag. Add the steak and marinade in the fridge for 2-3 hours.
Once marination is complete slice the pepper and onion to be sautéd.
Preheat your grill to high heat. Grill the steak for approximately 6 minutes on each side until well charred or to 140 degrees for medium. Rest the steak under foil for 5 minuets.
While steak rests heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a 12" skillet on medium high heat. Add sliced onions and red peppers. Add salt and pepper to taste as you go. Stir frequently until veggies are tender, approximately 5 minuets.
Once the steak rests thinly slice against the grain. Serve with tortillas, peppers, onions, salsa and sour cream. Serve with a side of Spanish rice and refried beans.
