Chimichurri is a South American sauce that is delicious, healthy, and herbaceous. With the juicy flavor of Apple State Vinegar, this chimichurri gets additional digestive health benefits. Bonus if you can find herbs and garlic from your favorite local farmer (we love Roslyn at Rabbit Fields Farm in Mt. Vernon, WA!).
Apple State Chimichurri
The freshest sauce on the block - packed with flavor and digestive goodness, it turns every meal into a green dream.
3/4 cup Parsley leaf, firmly packed
2 Fresh garlic cloves
1 Tbsp Fresh oregano
1/3 cup Extra virgin olive oil
1.5 Tbsp Apple State Vinegar
A little bit less than 1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp Ground black pepper
1/8 tsp Red chili flakes
Chop parsley, garlic, and oregano finely and place in a bowl.
Add other ingredients, mix well, and leave out at room temperature for 30 minutes to incorporate all that good flavor. Then store in the fridge!
