Chimichurri is a South American sauce that is delicious, healthy, and herbaceous. With the juicy flavor of Apple State Vinegar, this chimichurri gets additional digestive health benefits. Ingredients

3/4 cup Parsley leaf, firmly packed
2 Fresh garlic cloves
1 Tbsp Fresh oregano
1/3 cup Extra virgin olive oil
1.5 Tbsp Apple State Vinegar
A little bit less than 1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp Ground black pepper
1/8 tsp Red chili flakes

Directions

Chop parsley, garlic, and oregano finely and place in a bowl.
Add other ingredients, mix well, and leave out at room temperature for 30 minutes to incorporate all that good flavor. Then store in the fridge!
