White ginger starch settles
We use whole ginger root for our infusion. Therefore a layer of ginger starch may settle in the bottle. It's fine to leave the starch on the bottom, simply shake and enjoy.

I've recently gone alcohol-free, and I find that shrubs are my favorite non-alcoholic alternative to drinking. They are not too sweet, and the vinegar gives it a nice edge. Apple State Vinegar products are the best I've found. Ginger and Apple is just one of my favorite flavors.
