White ginger starch settles
We use whole ginger root for our infusion. Therefore a layer of ginger starch may settle in the bottle. It's fine to leave the starch on the bottom, simply shake and enjoy.

organic raw apple cider vinegar (6% acidity), organic cane sugar, organic honey, organic ginger, organically grown Hawaiian Chilis.
Pineapple & Sage:
organic raw apple cider vinegar (6% acidity), organic cane sugar, pineapple, organic honey, fresh organic sage.
Hibiscus & Orange:
organic raw apple cider vinegar (6% acidity), organic cane sugar, organic oranges, organic honey, organically grown Molokai hibiscus flowers.
How to use

I've been mixing these with seltzer water. The hibiscus & orange is super good. I could drink it all day. Ginger & chili has a nice kick to it. Haven't tried the pineapple & sage yet.

I love these as Mocktail drinks, salad dressing, and just about anything I think to add them to. Everyone who has a drink of shrub at my home wants to know where to get them!! Keep up the good work, they are all delicious but Ginger and Hawaiian Chili is my favorite as it has a little kick!
